Today we look at a promo video for the new Servamp anime due to premiere in July and we also share links to a free Ghost In The Shell Stand Alone Complex one-shot 40-page manga you can download!




The first Promo video for Servamp began streaming on Sunday. It is based on Strike Tanaka’s manga Servamp and the anime premiere in July. The video also reveals the cast and staff members of the Servamp anime. This production will reunite the studio and main staff embers that worked on the Aoharu x Machinegun anime.

Itto Sara, previously a supervisor for the Aoharu x Machinegun anime is now chief director. Kenji Konuta does the series composition while Junko Yamanaka does Character design. According to web sources, Ryohei Kimura and Nobunaga Shimazaki will reprise their roles from the drama CDs as Lowless and Licht Jekylland Todoroki respectively. Other cast members include: Takuma Terashima as Mahiru Shirota, Yuuki Kaji as Kuro, Hiro Shimono as Misono Alicein, Kazuma Horie as Snow Lily, Ayumu Murase as Hugh the Dark Algernon III, Tatsuhisa Suzuki as Tsubaki, Yoshitsugu Matsuoka as Belkia, Yuuki Ono as Tetsu Sendagaya, Kenjiro Tsuda as JeJe, Tetsuya Kakihara as Mikuni Alicein and Yuuto Suzuki as Sakuya Watanuki.

In Servamp Kuro, a stray black cat and a high school freshman named Mahiru Shirota crosses paths. But Kuro is no ordinary cat, he is a servamp: a servant vampire. Mahiro’s life is changed in a major way as he becomes involved with the ancient struggles between mankind and vampire.

Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex Promotes Cyber Security Month

It is a genius idea! A 40-page one-shot manga by Yuu Kinutani, in PDF format, will be available for download from February 01 to March 18. The manga is called HUMAN-ERROR TRAPS. This is all part of raising awareness of cyber crimes during Cyber Security Month. The promo campaign is a collaboration team up between ‘Public Security Section 9’, The National Center of Incident Readiness and Strategy for Cyber security (NISC), Information-technology Promotion Agency (IPA) and Japan Network Security Association (JNSA). Production I.G will also distribute tie-in posters during the month. The download is absolutely free, but it is in Japanese. It is worth downloading because the art is super sugoi!
