Meet a different angel Gabriel

A promotional video has been released introducing the main cast for the anime Gabriel Dropout. The anime is an adaptation based on Ukami’s Gabriel Dropout manga. Cast members for the upcoming anime include Miyu Tomita, Saori Ōnishi, Naomi Ōzora and Kana Hanazawa. This anime unites the main staff from summer 2015’s Himōto! Umaru-chan anime. In the director’s seat, we have Masahiko Ohta, joined by Katsuhiro Kumagai as character designer and Takashi Aoshma working on series composition.
Gabriel Dropout is a comedy anime that follows Gabriel White, top graduate at the angel school that went to down earth to attend a human school in the pursuit of knowledge, but then gets addicted to a web game, and becomes reluctant to leave her apartment. She becomes a good for nothing angel (datenshi).

Magic Kyun! Renaissance
Magic Kyun! Renaissance’s official website revealed the theme song artists and October premiere of this anime on Thursday. The ArtiSTARs group, a brand new group consisting of voice actors from Magic Kyun! Renaissance will perform the opening and end themes. The members are Yuichiro Umehara, KENN, Wataru Hatano, Yuuki Ono, Shouta Aoi, and Takuya Eguchi and the opening song’s title is the song “Magic-kyun No. 1!” and the ending song, “Please kiss my heart.”
The website also explained the story: Ohana Aigasaki is a young transfer student that enrols at Hoshinomori Private Magical Arts High School that trains Artistas (Magic-yielders that uses art to create effects of wonder and enchantment). She and six boys are put on the planning committee for the school’s annual Hoshinomori Summer Festa…
