Concrete Revolutio

Like the first season of Concrete Revolutio’s Ending Song, Yohsuke Yamamoto once again provides his guitaring talents for the second season’s ending song of the ongoing Concrete Revolutio anime series. The song is named ‘ALL-WAYS’ and not an instrumental like last season’s song. This time, the vocal talents of 27-year old Nami Tamaki join Yamamoto. You may know Nami Tamaki for vocal talents on Gundam SEED/Gundam SEED Destiny’s soundtrack. The CD single for ALL-WAYS will be released in Japan on May 25.

Death Note Light up the NEW world

Death Note Light up the NEW world

Death Note Light up the NEW world

The official website of this year’s live-action Death Note movie, Death Note Light up the NEW world began streaming a teaser for the movie on Wednesday. This movie is a ‘forbidden sequel’ to the live-action movies from 2006, Death Note and Death Note: The Last Name. It is not a sequel to the original manga nor the 2015 live-action TV drama.

In the original suspense manga (2003-2006) by Tsugumi Ohba and Takeshi Obata, a teen student named Light finds a notebook on the ground. Soon he finds out that he can kill people by writing their names in it. In a self-justified crusade, he starts killing criminals all over the world with his newfound power and gets involved in a cat-and-mouse game with the authorities and an ingenious detective named L.

The new movie, however, will play off in the present day, where there are new characters that ‘inherited the DNA of Light Yagami and L’ and they will take part in a battle over six Death Notes on earth. In the original manga it was mentioned that up to six Death Notes and Shinigami can exist in our world, something not mentioned in the anime, live-action series, live-action movies and stage play! But now in the new movie, this becomes an important part of the plot.

Death Note Light up the NEW world is directed by Shinsuke Sato (GANTZ, Library Wars) and Warner Brothers Japan will distribute it from October 29, 2016. The cast includes Masaki Suda (live-action Assassination Classroom’s Karma), Sousuke Ikematsu (The Last Samurai’s Higen), Masahiro Higashide (live-action Parasyte’s Hideo Shimada), Rina Kawaei (Azumi: Bakumatsu-hen stage play), Mina Fujii, and reprising their roles from the previous Death Note movies, Erika Toda as Misa Amane and Shidou Nakamura as Ryuk.

Hundred

Hundred

Hundred

A lot of excitement happened with the new second ending theme of the anime adaptation of Jun Misaki and Nekosuke Ōkuma’s Hundred light novel series. The song is ‘Tabooless’ and is sung by cast members M.A.O (voice of Claire Harvy), Rika Kinugawa (Liddy Steinberg) and Yui Makino (Erica Candle). The song is sexy and catchy all at the same time. On June 22nd a clean version of the song will be released.

Here is the video of Tabooless, please be warned it has a little fanservice in it (but a lot less than the music video Christina Aguilera, Lil’ Kim, Mya, and Pink did for the song Lady Marmalade). Viewer discretion is advised. Please follow our link: http://bit.ly/Tabooless
