A two-minute music video for “STRIDER’S HIGH,” the opening song for Prince of Stride Alternative has been posted by Kadokawa. OxT performs the song. You may remember that they did the theme song Clattanoia for the anime Overlord. “STRIDER’S HIGH” will be released as their 4th single on February 3.

Prince of Stride Alternative is about an extreme form of a sport known as “Stride.” It involves 6 players on a team that runs relay races in towns. Taking place at Honan Academy, the story is about first-year high school students Takeru Fujiwara and Nana Sakurai trying to recruit members for their “Stride” club. They aim to compete and win the “End of Summer,” a top competition hosted in Japan alongside other schools.

Kanto Region

Kanto Region

Pokémon (Kanto Region)

Old school Pokémon gamers that played Pokémon Red and Blue probably know the Kanto area pretty well. The game map features forests, mountains, fields, island, a very lonnnnng bridge, towns and cities and the map is based on Japan’s Kanto region. Well, almost the whole map (except for the Viridian Forest and the Safari Zone), has been recreated in the Unreal Engine 4 by Preston Dunagan. This project took him seven months and was accomplished by counting each step in the game to keep the map to scale! It is detailed work and quite impressive, especially if you have played the game a million times and can almost play that map blindfolded.
