Dragon Ball Z: Fukkatsu no F trailer at last!

November 2014 we reported that a new Dragon Ball Z movie would be released this year in April. On Sunday the official website for the movie Dragon Ball Z: Fukkatsu no F began streaming a trailer for the movie and we are here to share the trailer with you.

The trailer gives us a little background on the movie’s plot and features the movie battle song (Maximum The Hormone’s song ‘F’) and the theme song Momoiro Clover Z’s ‘Z no Chikai’. Members of Momoiro Clover Z also have guest roles in the film as ‘angels’ of hell that shares the special place of hell where Frieza has been imprisoned.!!!!!

Here is the story idea for the movie:

“An Earth where peace has arrived. However, remnants of Frieza’s army Sorbet and Tagoma (from the Japanese word for ‘egg’) arrive on the planet. Their goal is to revive Frieza with the dragon balls. Their dastardly wish is granted, the ‘F’ that plans its revenge against the Saiyans is revived…!”

Akira Toriyama, the original creator of the manga is personally credited with the original concept, screen play as well as character designs for the upcoming movie, and Dragon Ball Z animation director Tadayoshi Yamamuro will be directing the movie.

This movie is slated to premiere in Japanese theatres on April 18th in both 2D and 3D and it will officially be the first Japanese film to open in 3D IMAX Digital Theatres!
